I got some pretty dolly shoes to go with my wedding dress. I had to settle for what was available, even though it's not really what I wanted. They are white, soft leathery material, and about 2mm too small, but the next size was about a centimetre too big.
This is them.
They are pretty, and I did want flat shoes. So they'll do. We had considered getting cons, but we woosed out in the end.
I also got two pretty tops today. We had a good day's shopping, really.
Awh, they are so cute.
ReplyDeleteWait till you see the shoes I bought... they arn't the nicest compared with yours.
It was a bit of an act of desperation, I have to get flat shoes too and there and none in cork. All the nice silver shoes have rediculously high heels... Ah well. I'll be in flip flops, they are dressy flip flops though, and in sticking with dressy shoes, they are not the slightest bit comfortable... :P
Right that was a rant and a half, I totally didn't mean for it to sound that way. oops...
I can't wait til you come home. I'm making up all these plans of stuff we can do, I know half of it won't get done but I can still dream.
Oh I just got the maddest idea for shoes, check this pattern out:

I'd have to put a sole on them but that shouldn't be too hard, and find silver wool, that could be tricky.
Oh no. Poor you :(
ReplyDeleteI could try to get you silver flats over here... Not sure how well that would work out with sizing.
I'll totally be up for doing as many of your plans as we can.
Oh wow - those would be so pretty. And they'd only take an hour or so.
ReplyDeleteBefore I settled on my shoes I was totally considering going barefoot, but Liam was iffy about it.
Cons
ReplyDeleteHello Ria,
The shoes look good. What are cons?
Love, Brian
