i decided to test the altitude this evening by running across the car park. it wasn't that bad, really. what was awful was the dry air. my lungs and throat were burning from cold and dry. i was coughing for about 20 minutes afterwards.
i'm going to have to be really careful when my bike arrives and i go out for a cycle.
Crazy girl, I can just picture you running across the park, in your jeans and looking rather out of place... You'll get used to it.
